We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India
Shipping charges, if applicable for international orders, will be calculated at checkout

All products are made to order
Orders are dispatched within 8 business days from the date of order confirmation

Standard Shipping (Free):
Delivery within 9–12 business days from the date of order placement
Express Shipping (Paid):
Delivery within 6–8 business days

We ship worldwide
International delivery timelines and charges may vary depending on the destination country
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by the destination country are to be borne by the customer

All our pieces are made to order
We do not offer returns or exchanges
Alteration assistance is available in case of fit issues if reported within 1–2 days of delivery
Any shipping costs related to alterations or returns will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon
Store Credit Exception

We want you to love what you wear. If, after working through the alteration process, we determine that a resolution cannot be reached:
- Credit Coupon: We may issue a store credit coupon for the value of the item.
- Processing: This coupon will be issued within 15 days of the item being returned to our studio and inspected.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or courier delays
