Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because our garments are made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding in supporting our sustainable, bespoke process.

Fit Issues & Alterations

If you experience any issues with the fit of your garment:

  • Timeline: Please contact us within 1–2 days of receiving your delivery.

  • Support: Our team will personally guide you through our alteration support process to ensure your piece fits perfectly.

Store Credit Exception

We want you to love what you wear. If, after working through the alteration process, we determine that a resolution cannot be reached:

  • Credit Coupon: We may issue a store credit coupon for the value of the item.

  • Processing: This coupon will be issued within 15 days of the item being returned to our studio and inspected.
